These terms apply when you use this website or book a call. “BRNK” and “we” mean BRNK LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

What this website is

The site describes the services and educational material we offer. Nothing on it is financial, legal or tax advice.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on your effort, the products you choose and market conditions. Most people who start online stores do not earn what they hope. No income or outcome is guaranteed, and examples shown on this site are examples, not promises or typical results.

Third-party platforms

Marketplaces such as Temu and Walmart set their own rules, which change. Listings and accounts can be limited or suspended. You are responsible for reading and following each platform’s current terms and for the products you choose to sell. BRNK is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Temu or Walmart. Product and company names belong to their owners.

Booking a call

Booking a call lets you speak with our team. The call is free and lasts about 30 minutes. We talk to see if starting a store is the right fit for you. You can cancel or move the call at any time with the link in your booking email. Because the call is free, there is nothing to refund. If we ever offer a paid service, we will explain the price and terms first, and it will need a separate written agreement.

Text messages

If you opt in on the booking form, BRNK will text you about the call you booked, such as a booking note and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Using the site

Don’t misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or copy its content, design or videos without permission. The BRNK name, logo, videos and written material belong to us.

Links and videos from other sites

The site links to and embeds content from other services, such as YouTube and Instagram. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using the site or relying on its content.

Governing law

Georgia law applies to these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Georgia.
