Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information the BRNK website collects, why, and the choices you have. “BRNK” and “we” mean BRNK LLC.

What this website collects

  • Booking details. If you book a call, the booking form collects your name, email address and phone number, and the time you choose. It is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), and the details go to our team so we can schedule and hold the call and follow up about it.
  • Technical data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Videos. Videos from YouTube load only after you press play, from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube’s own policy applies once a video loads.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel, from Meta Platforms, to measure our ads and to show them to people who may want them. It can collect your IP address, device and browser data, the pages you view, and the fact that you booked a call. Meta may use that data under its own policy. To opt out, use Meta’s ad settings (facebook.com/adpreferences) or your browser’s tracking controls. We do not run other analytics tools.

Text messages and email

If you provide a phone number or email address, we may use it to confirm and remind you about the call you booked. If you tick the box on the booking form, you agree to get text messages from BRNK about your call, such as a booking note and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking a call. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

How information is used and shared

We use your information to run the call you asked for, to reply to you, to keep records, and to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that run the site and booking (for example Cloudflare and GoHighLevel) and where the law requires it. Booking details also go to Google, which runs the calendar and the video link, and to Meta as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact records for 2 years, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of messages at any time. Contact bryan@brnkautomation.com. We honor these requests from everyone, no matter which state you live in.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
